How does the Deployment Ready Guarantee work?
If you deploy your kit during a life‑threatening emergency, we offer a one‑time 10% discount to refill the used items only. The discount does not apply to the bag/pouch and does not cover expired items. Provide your order number, a brief incident summary, and photos of the event and/or used items. All claims are subject to approval.
What qualifies as “used items” for the discount?
Typically consumables deployed in care: hemostatic gauze, chest seals, ETDs/compressed gauze, gloves, tape, NPA/airway adjuncts (when applicable). Not included: bags/pouches, unused components, or items that are simply past expiration.
How do I request the emergency refill?
Email sales@urbanmedicalgear.com with your order number, date/time of the event, a short description, and clear photos of the used items. We review each request and, if approved, send a custom discount link for the matching refill items.
Do you offer subscriptions?
We keep it simple: choose restock kits to refresh common consumables or purchase individual components as needed. Great for replacing outdated goods or building minimal kits for specific roles.
Are UMG kits HSA/FSA eligible?
Many trauma care components may be eligible depending on your plan. Reach out to sales@urbanmedicalgear.com and we’ll email an itemized receipt to help with HSA/FSA reimbursement.
